I am officially joining GAIN

I’ve had a few exciting updates to share since the start of the year, but I’m not sure I can top this one.

I am officially joining GAIN (GAIN Advisors) to lead their brand-new executive search offering – GAIN Search.

GAIN is a star-studded team of advisory leaders from the global Hospitality and HotelTech universe. I’m humbled and so proud to join such a prestigious international group.

How it started:
Last summer, Zoe Koumbouzi introduced me to Michael C. Cohen, who shared the vision for GAIN and how my involvement could shape the future of the network. It didn’t take long to convince me. After connecting with Vincent Somsen and several rounds of ideating on Google Docs, the blueprint for GAIN Search was born.

It’s a perfect alignment: I tap into GAIN’s collective talent and global network, and GAIN leverages my specialized knowledge to add even deeper value to the industry and client partners.

What about Hospitality Tech Jobs (HTJ)?
The show goes on! I will continue to grow HTJ. We have massive projects in the works, from our salary benchmarking survey to internal growth. It is a busy season with over 20 roles currently live. If you’re in HotelTech and looking for talent, or your next move, I’m still your guy. Now, I just have a global powerhouse behind me.
